Jigsaw Facilities Management
As one of the North Wests leading providers of heating and cooling solutions, Jigsaw Facilities Management is an established business with a reputation for being ahead of the curve. To ensure the team were able to continue providing a high standard of service, they wanted to simplify and reduce their administration process.
By fully analysing the existing administrative tasks that were undertaken by the team, it was possible to efficiently interpret a convoluted and archaic process.
We worked together with the JFM team and refined comprehensive wireframes through regular user testing. Once the wireframes were considered to be achieving (and exceeding) their expectations, the User Interface was designed.
The aim of the system is to keep track of the installation and maintenance of client appliances at multiple addresses. Each UI element has been designed to be responsive and consistent across all devices, with the knowledge that the system would be needed in offices and during site visits with tablets and smartphones.
